EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE AND ATTITUDE CHANGE: A RESEARCH REVIEW

Abstract

It has been consistently seen that Attitude as a concept and as a subject has drawn significant appreciation and interest among academicians and researchers alike. The author in this article has highlighted the specific aspects of attitude and attitude change especially with reference to the review of literature available through multiple sources of data and information. It is an extensive literature array for the research activities whichprovides a holistic review of the works of several eminent researchers. This paper aims to provide a robust platform for the future researchers and academicians to incorporate several literature references from extremely relevant research journals and academic resources. Adequate care has to been taken to provide an analytical view which would facilitate the overall understanding of the researchers through this research review of literature and earlier works undertaken in the field of attitude and attitude change.
