Abstract

The increasing popularity of websites has led to a significant focus on web design. The cluttered, jumbled design of website’s web pages is no longer accepted. Web users are demanding clear, neat and easily navigated pages. The websites should be eye-catching, easy to navigate, error free and that they will work in any browser. The organization of web pages in the website play important role in website navigation. A broken link is one which does not point to a valid web page. In a website, navigation problem raised due to broken links. This paper presents the impact of broken links in website navigation problems.
